We’re Hiring: Senior Media Buyer / Paid Media Strategist

Our first joint collection, Under Armour x UNLESS, debuted at Milan Design Week in April 2025, showcasing high-performance gear designed to be worn hard — and safely returned to the earth at the end of its life cycle.
UNLESS is the world’s first all-plant, zero-plastic regenerative fashion brand. Our clothing and footwear draw inspiration from the Pacific Northwest — blending the grit and style of skate, outdoor, and cold-water surf culture with materials that are as natural as the places that shaped them.

Now, with the global reach of Under Armour behind us, we’re scaling our impact and looking for a data-driven Senior Media Buyer / Paid Media Strategist to help supercharge our paid media efforts. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following...
• Plan, launch full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta
• Conduct A/B testing for creative, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies
• Track, Analyze and Optimize key KPIs and final performance of campaigns
• Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights and clear recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals
• Stay informed on platform changes, industry trends, and new ad tech
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
• 3-5+ years of deep, practical experience with Meta Ads, delivering measurable business outcomes
• Proven success in managing large-scale campaigns with measurable impact
• Strong analytical and optimization skills — you're comfortable making decisions based on data
• Profestional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-driven and dependable in a remote work environment
• Experience in lead generation funnels paid campaigns is a plus
• Understanding of buyer journeys and long sales cycles
